Tromeric's Top 500: 200-176

200.

I was initially not excited for Heath Ledger to play The Joker. I had nothing against him, but there had been rumor of Crispin Glover taking the role. Since I have a man crush on that badass, it was hard for me to accept that it wasn't him. Within five minutes my reservations went out the window. Shit blew me away.

199.

A true crime doc by arguably the best documentary director to walk the face of the earth. Of course I love this. I am obsessed with Murder Porn. I watch more Investigative Discovery than that soccer mom you know.

198.

I was beyond excited for this. I loved Boogie Nights, and the trailer gave me chills. It was like six in the morning, and I was about to go to bed. I noticed it to rent on pay per view. I said fuck sleep, lets watch this super long movie. I am glad I did.

197.

Harry is on of my Gods. I would hang out with that bitch. Someday I will have a Harry tattoo. Then my life will be close to complete.

196.

The music, the acting, the directing, the hammer. This movie owns so hard.

195.

Basically a remake of Blood Fest, but set in a diner I would totally hang out in. I love this movie. So much fun.

194.

Do I really need to explain? I don't know if you knew, but I'm a dude, you're a dude, we're all dudes, yeah!

193.

The most beautiful corpse fucking ever put to celluloid.

192.

Some of the best atmosphere in a body count film.

191.

I caught this late at night on TV when I was a wee lad. It would change my life, and my lexicon forever.

190.

Classic Troma. Over the top, crazy gross, and super intelligent.

189.

I fell in love with this from my first viewing. A perfect blending of humor, and great writing.

188.

Full Moon was so huge for me growing up. This was the series that set me on my path. I love every thing about it. The score is so good, and the puppets look so badass.

187.

Creating a completely unique universe, with its own dialect. This movie doesn't get as much credit as it deserves. It is fun as hell, but also smart as hell. You just have to remove how ridiculous the premise is from your head. I went to a DDR competition with JTRO. One of the best nights of my life.

186.

An action movie with skateboarding. Of course I ate this shit up when I was a kid. Still do.

185.

A hilariously underrated comedy. This was a regular watch growing up, and I still revisit it pretty often.

184.

So badass! The band rules, the soundtrack rules, the effects blow my shit away. Recently saw this on the big screen and met the director. He was rad. Unfortunately he passed away recently. Crazy cool guy, and he was king of the heavy metal horror movies.

183.

Such a beautiful, and unnerving film. It was also the first time I realized JGL could do more than hang out with John Lithgow.

182.

Grapes of Death is one of the most unique zombie films. It has a feeling I can't necessarily compute to words, but it gives me feels that I enjoy.

181.
181.

Towards the top for me when it comes to Jarmusch.

180.

The best Christmas film ever. Like Taxi Driver meets The Santa Claus, with the most bat shit ending ever.

179.

Of course I love the movie with the most dick explosions ever. It also has a score that will blow your mind.

178.

It's easy to forget how genre changing this film was, with the joke that Freddy became. I don't mind. I love goofy ass Freddy, but this is a masterpiece.

177.

Death to false metal!

176.

Hurts my soul. Not sure why I enjoy that feeling, but I do.
